Lovely place where you could grab a book and read, use a computer or just the WiFi connection, and all that is free of charge for members of the public, we need more places like this! Helpful staff members will help with kind smile on their faces and you are guaranteed to have some good time!
I love this library since I got to know it. My children enjoyed all their children activities during all those years. My eldest who is now 15 years is studying there some afternoons. Lovely place and friendly staff.
Spacious and quiet place for reading and working. - Free wifi with upto 30Mbps speed. - Open to public, anybody can walk in and use them. - About 10 workspaces if you have your own laptop. - Plug points available at each workspace if you need to charge your laptop. - If you need a computer, there are more than 15 of them available. - Printing and passport photo booth. .
It didn't have everything I needed and the librarian was reluctant to help me - she will do herself out of a job if she feels she is not needed.

Good space, plenty of helpful staff and strong heating which is a delight during this cold snap. Homework club for kids and clean toilets.
Very helpful staff found the book I was looking for in less than 6 minutes
Really nice library, staff are friendly, and the toilets are clean, I had to sort out a few things and they we're really helpful
Thank you to the wonderful team who do the 10.30am nursery rhyme sessions at Hammersmith Library every Tues and Thurs. Our 1 year old loves coming and the team were so fantastic at Christmas with the visit by Santa and the gift bags. Keep up the great work!
That's was a good experience, but what I regretted, when I needed more 1 hours, I paid, it's not the same in Tower Hamlets. I don't need to pay nothing if I need more hours in Tower H. It's something you need recheck again. Thanks.
