Had my MOT on Saturday. John is a brilliant person, great service from him. My vehicle failed because 1 of the number plate bulb was fused. Replaced it for £10 and passed. I was in the reception area the whole time and the MOT engineer did not speak a word or let me know why he was failing the vehicle. That was weird

I’ve been using this centre for the past few years and the service is brilliant, they always explain what they are going to do and the option of interest free credit for repairs over £200 is excellent.

Great customer service from John & his team. The other Halfords Autocentre 2 miles south should take a leaf out of their book.

Reliable and trustworthy, only grumble is that when I picked the car up they told me there was a nail in the rear tyre. Would have been nice if they had fixed it for me rather than letting me drive away fearing a puncture!
