Had a new windscreen fitted at the workshop. Hastings insurance £115 excess. Service was just okay nothing special. Noticed excess sealant on the inside of the screen whilst driving home. So my advice would be to check everything thoroughly inside and out before accepting the repair. Then check it again.

Great service. Friendly and professional staff. Gave me a 4 hour time frame but  completed the job in 2 hours.

After a lot of problems around the booking, the windscreen fitting appears to be of a low quality and we have a loud whistle from the top of the screen over 38mph. I am talking to Zurich, my insurers about getting someone else to redo the work.Service:&nbsp;Auto windshield replacement

Engineer came straight to the address from the previous job 4 min away, didn’t let me know is coming and said he can’t wait 5-10min because that’s too long. When I tried to call back, there is no answer. Just waisting my time here, unfortunately I have no choice but see for magic to happen lol   if I’m not blacklisted now

Overall a really positive experience. With National Windscreens Croydon..The call handler/customer relations advisor dealing with organising my windscreen repair was polite and efficient. I was kept fully up to date with the process. The actual windscreen replacement was also just as seamless, he was polite, and super quick at installing. Booked directly via phone booking line for a morning slot. Agent unable to confirm if it was a morning or afternoon slot and that i would get a call back from the branch. The day before tried calling again,  agent still could not confirm time slot. Was advised to take car in the morning. When arrived at 8.30am was told booking was at 2pm. I left the car and advised to return at 4pm. Returned at 4pm, was told to return at 5.15pm. The windscreen was replaced, but customer experience was dragged out.
