Absolutely shocked at this place. Took our car for a diagnostics test. They took so long over it they kept the car in overnight then gave us a quote for the test and the planned works of £1,377. We decided to shop around instead and our small local garage recommended someone who came out, did the diagnostics again this time in 45 mins and fixed the car there and then. Total cost £340.  Everything was fixed by the second company and works perfectly. Quicker and at 25% of the cost!!

Took my car in for an MOT and full service a week ago. Told them of 3 faults I wanted fixed. Bill came to over £1200.00 and was assured everything had been done and my car had passed its MOT.  Drove off one of the faults had evidently not been fixed. Went back to be told a machine needed to fix one if the problem was out of order - shame I wasn’t told about that when I picked my car up? Drove home and quickly became evident that the  other two faults had also not been looked at as the warning light was on  a full service and MOT with a warning light on?!?!. That night received a call asking me if was I happy how things had gone. Explained what had happened and that I was far from happy as I had paid for work that clearly had not been done. Was assured I would get a call the next day. A week has now gone past and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me.  Pretty poor service for a £1200.00 outlay.

I needed to find a garage to help with drilling the locking bold out of the wheel of my daughter's Peugeot. No one else could do it as apparently they're not your usual kind and a bit of a nightmare. They got it done though, along with an MOT and tyre change. It all got a bit complicated and time sensitive but it got done. 5 stars go to Ricky who dealt with me the whole time: I have to commend him on his fantastic communication and friendly and helpful manner. Thank you for getting us through a stressful situation!

There are two parts to this review: 1 I had an issue with my Dispatch van end of sept 23 and there was over a months wait till they could get the vehicle in - not their fault as there are only two garages that I can take my vehicle too one being Croydon and the other in Crayford but the day before it was due to be seen I was called and cancelled and told that I had to wait another month before I could have my van diagnosed.  So when I took it in I received two calls one to tell me that I would have to pay for an aspect of the warranty work to be done and one to tell me that they had found the fault and were submitting the claim to the warranty company and would get back to me when they knew things had been approved. The van was in for 8 working days and in that time I had tried to call at-leased 5 times to get updates on my vehicle - occasionally someone answers but most of the time you get a Sandra voicemail.  They really need to sort their communication to customers out it seems very add hock and disorganised…. I’m happy that I’ve finally got my van back after two months of not being able to use it and a BIG shout out to Citroen uk for providing me with a courtesy vehicle whilst this issue was being sorted out.

Very poor service and communication. Would not recommend to anyone. Left screws in my car which they forgot to screw back after getting MOT done.

Very pleased with the service  i received.  Nice friendly staff.

Today I had my car looked by a lovely gentleman called Paul. The car came back feeling A1 and ready for another years worth of driving.

Incompetent and arrogant useless bunch. Staff sound like they are on their death bed, I’ve seen more enthusiasm in a sloth.  One of the most unprofessional places I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Don’t respond to emails despite being booked in with them as a customer and all round useless can only imagine the type of service you car will receive at the end of this type of incompetence and that of an approved dealer! Utterly useless, took my business elsewhere across the road to Stellantis more expensive but at least professional and give you peace of mind as apposed to EMG! Avoid at all costs!

What great guys! We were visiting the area and somebody snapped off our wing mirror - literally snapped the stem, which was not helpful when we had a very long drive ahead of us. Despite it already being closing time, and no spares being to hand, these guys managed to reattach the mirror solidly enough to finish our trip, and wouldn’t even accept payment. Thank you guys - you saved our bacon!

Great garage. Very helpful.
