Good, old-school, customer-focused, honest service! They did not service my car, but I called them up today for an issue I was having on my 2005 Mini. The attention and advice they gave me, along with contacts of other trusted experts they felt could also look after me is unheard of in today's profit-centred world. We need more of you, guys - thank you for your time and keep up with the good work!

I cannot rate this Mini other makes are available garage highly enough and they do work on other makes. The work is careful and they take wonderful care of my Mini. I trust their opinion always and they help me to plan ahead to forestall problems before they occur. It's a small business, but it's huge on reputation and customers are very loyal. I always drive away confidently. Thank you Croydon Mini.

Russel and his dad are extremely knowledgeable about all things mini. They view the work required practically advising most important fixes first.

Absolutely class garage, whilst they haven't serviced a physical car for me, I called these guys up today because I was looking to purchase a 2011 countryman but it was indicating a problem. Not only did they take the time to explain to me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix and if they felt it was worth the fix - they gave me good honest advice about what to look out for when purchasing 2nd hand. When I finally get the countryman I've been waiting for, you bet these will be the first guys I come to. Thanks so so much!

Guys were Mini Mad! Love minis and nothing they don't know about them. Russ did video of under my car. Explained and made me understand everything. No cons, no bull just honest blokes who genuinely want to help you. Head casket changed, new Fan belt and checked everything everywhere. So great full. Oil light off now.Phew!  Very fair prices. Going for MOT and service here for sure. So so grateful to Russ and his team.

I had a good experience here, it was the first time servicing my Mini away from the dealership. I'm particular about the service and care given in a field where I rely on expert advice and I felt the team at Croydon Minis treated me fairly and gave honest advice. I could tell they have a passion for what they do and with reasonable pricing, I hope to return again when needed.

These guys are brilliant. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for minis is infectious. You know they check every inch of your car when they look at it, not because they have to or follow a check sheet, it’s because they just love Minis. When I picked up my car they even showed me pictures and the actual parts they changed and explained in detail why it needed changing. When I drove out of the garage, it felt like the car was brand new again. Thank you so much

Russell is incredibly detail oriented and genuinely loves the Classic Mini. This is what makes him a veteran expert on the car. Being thorough means he is not the fastest or cheapest but that's the price you pay for someone who is willing to do the job right. They've earned my loyalty.
