They lied and damaged my car. They told me that they would replace plastics outside which were damaged by the accident hit and run but they did not. Instead they did unacceptable work which is a joke. I had to bring my car back to the garage more than a few times as they did not know what they did. Every time they had the car, they added new problems and damages. My car was in a perfect condition before but now there are a lot of problems created by this repairer. Now I cannot drive safely as they painted on my windsheild. Please avoid this dishonest and terrible repairer otherwise you waste your time and money.
CARC repaired my bumper caused from a car accident. They have been very helpful throughout the process, great service and repair, efficient with their work and always available on the phone. Very pleased with the outcome.

The whole process was just painful; took my car there for full body resprayed and it took them over 3 months to do it. And after they said it was done; when I got there to collect it I noticed that my wing mirror wasn’t painted and some of the trims were missing. So I collected the car for the first time and then had to bring the car the car back to get the wing mirror sprayed. It took them another 3 weeks to re spray the wing mirror and when I came to collect it again I found multiple scratches on my bonnet. After 2 months after the collection both my rear arches started bubbling and started to rust. I bought new arches and requested them to replace it and this again took them another month. After collecting it I left my car in a dry storage for over a year and I just noticed that the arches are rusting again which just tells me that it wasn’t prepared and painted properly. Overall the service was really poor and I am only giving it a 1 star because I can’t give less than that. Wouldn’t go back there if I was paid for it.Service: Body & Trim
Very efficient so far, as immediate contact made by a friendly member of staff. Attended the premises and was seen immediately by an estimator, despite appearing to be very busy which was great. Now just waiting for the estimate and work to commence... However it has only been 4 days since my car was hit
Very good customer service, I took my car in for a couple of minor repairs, very good value, even got some money back as they didn't require additional paint to finish off my bumper. The owners of the company were great, even called up afterwards to check I was happy with the work carried out. Hopefully won't need them again, but should I do, I know where to go.
Repair carried out to very high standard 5 deserved stars , staff very helpful and friendly from reception onwards. Car just 3 months old so a bit concerned, but excellent job with top class service. would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Even looked after courtesy car for me after repair.
CARC fixed my wing mirror after a hit and run. Managed my expectations well from start to finish and did a stellar job! Thank you Linda for arranging everything!
