Check your car properly when giving it to them and if it's wet get it dried properly.

Gave them my car to repair because I saw good reviews online. Biggest mistake ever. All they had to do was paint rim, replace front left wing panel and tour or paint left mirror cover.

Rim was fine and front left wing panel was fine.That was about all they done right. The tool used to remove mirror cover dented the mirror cover, left it loose and the mirror housing. When replacing the wing panel they scratched part of the frame where the panel goes and the door. And sticker missin on wing panel.

I didn't notice this because the car was wet as it was raining he night before so when collecting it I signed everything and said it was ok.

I call them and a week later they take the car back to fix it. I know mistakes happen so I gave them the chance to fix it.  All they done was put the sticker on and properly place the mirror cover. Scratches on frame and door still there, mirror cover and housing still dented. They used touch up paint which isn't the same shade to try cover the marks on the cover but did nothing about the dents. And the mirror cover still not fitted properly. 

What they also had to do is repeat the scratch on door and frame. And replace the mirror cover and housing.  I matter what is done dents never come of properly. It's a newish car and I paid a lot of money so I want a perfect job.

They got the car back to fix it and didn't do it. I work as a Harley Davidson custom respray technician so I know mistakes happen but to be given the vehicle back without the job being done properly is ridiculous. Clearly their technicians and who ever does quality control, if it's even done, can't do their jobs properly. 

Mistakes happen and I don't mind giving them a chance to fix it but when I give it back to fix it and get it back in pretty much the same condition is ridiculous. Shows Lazyness.

I could have gone to a spray paint garage in a railway arch and paid a lot less for the same quality.
I will contact them when they open and see what they have to say.
