Absolutely fantastic service! Needed my exhaust fixing after it being botched whilst trying to get it fixed elsewhere they said they were very busy this week but if I dropped it off they told me they would work on it and have it done by the end of the week. 2 hours later they rang saying they had some time open up, was I able to bring it in. 2 hours after, the car is home problem solved. Fantastic service, friendly staff. Thank you!

What started out as a reasonably good vibe at this car sales in Taunton was soon to take a different turn. I purchased a Skoda Fabia from Clive at Greenway for over 7 thousand pounds, initially he was kind enough to reserve the vehicle since I was waiting for some inheritance money from my late father who passed away in April 2022. Given the sheer nature of the situation, I was glad I was able to successfully reserve/purchase a car. Then, when I finally paid in full the balance and took ownership, the problems with the car started, which was rather inconvenient given the distance from my home address to the Greenway repair centre. Firstly, I discovered that the number 1 internal fan speed was non-functional, so that ran into 2 trips due to them having to order the part in, then not long after, I had issue with the performance with a judder happening on pulling away at low speed more so. So back to the workshop again, for them to plug their diagnostics machine in, only to discover that the timing chain was causing the issue as it was loose and slipping! Apparently, Clive didn't consider this a major fault, and I was told it would be a 2 day repair. The first time I took my car for the fan to be fixed they lent me a pre 2010 Daihatsu Sirion which seemed to have seen better days but I never complained as a courtesy car is better than no car. I was not impressed having spent over 7 thousand pounds for a Skoda that had done over 70k miles, for it to have these issues. With this in mind I was within my rights within the first 30 Days to request a full refund. Clive was adamant that, he would only offer to repair the car and refused a refund. So, after many calls/emails, and a lot of added stress to what was and still is a difficult time, I decided to try and tempt him to give me a partial refund less £500 as a last ditch attempt to recover my losses, to which he agreed. However, I am still extremely unhappy to be out of pocket. Such a pity this had not been a better experience with this company.
Excellent service from Clive. We bought a lovely car at a very fair price, exceeding our expectations with sales and after sales service. Can highly recommend.
