Brought a Mitsubishi ASX from K&R last week and I was very impressed with them.  I dealt with Dave Richardson who was very helpful, and after we agreed the deal he got the car ready to go almost immediately.  

Highly recommend Dave and I’m very happy with the car and service.

We had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. initially the sales man was very helpful, showing us an outlander that was perfect for our needs and within our price range. We took time off work to test drive and were very keen to purchase. When it came to buying the vehicle there were suddenly an extra £800 worth of charges added. The £120 admin fee, supposedly for performing vehicle checks was a shock as we believe that the price advertised should include making the car ready for sale. The £30 fuel charge was insulting when handing over £5k for a vehicle and the £400 extended warranty was an absolute joke... on asking them to remove this they refused to sell us the car without the additional upgraded warranty, claiming it was necessary on a 4x4 model. Unfortunately the extended warranty doesn't cover wear and tear so on asking the sales man outright to give me a scenario that the warranty would cover he couldn't give me a straight answer. 

Thankfully we have now found a car in superior condition with much better service at a decent dealership so will never be heading to this garage again!
