I have purchased many vehicles over the years from all manner of different dealers....what you have with Fairwater and Mark's operation is a genuine, friendly, efficient and very fair, helpful approach. No fuss, excuses, or faffing around involved when there is problem or issue. I liked Mark's honest approach to business, i really didn't feel any stress that buying a vehicle involves. Nick is a star as well, and the technical maestro. His high level of knowledge is invaluable and offers good advise and deals with any issues seamlessly. My superb Van had an excellent 3 month warranty which Mark supports himself, so no messy 3rd party insurance carry on; this is unusual and means he sources good quality/genuine stock, that they as dealers have confidence selling. Thanks again fellas
Found this hidden gem at the end of a long day van hunting last month. The owner proved really helpful and as well as a modest selection of vans in stock, there are also a spray shop and detailing workshop on site. Over three weeks the van we selected had windows, insulation and some detailing done and we collected it yesterday to find it in showroom condition and just perfect. Definitely worth driving the short trip down rural lanes and I would recommend them to anyone.
I can throughly recommend Mark at Fairwater Van Sales. He provided great advice and to be honest was incredibly patient with me as I questioned him on various aspects around my VW T5.1 purchase. It was no bother for Mark to go the extra mile to make sure we where happy. While on a test drive he actually noticed a leaking window, this was addressed and sorted with the much better after market replacements on both sides. Along with a shock that was picked up during the service. The van was immaculate when I picked it up. I was taken through what had been done, plus provided all the required documentation, user manuals, invoices and service history. Absolutely top class customer experience. Thanks.
The most honest sales person you’ll ever meet! Mark went beyond what he needed to for us to have the van we needed! Mark was so accommodating, patient and understanding whilst trying to sort out finances for the van! Some sales people would have gone well if someone comes with the cash now it will be sold but mark waited for us which was an incredible kind gesture to us. Mark told us work had been done on the van and showed us all the paper work of what work had been carried out on the van. Id highly recommend mark at Fairwater van sales! Don’t look elsewhere for a van as mark 100% wont disappoint with the quality of his vans!
I Drove down from the North West last week to view a Part Exchanged Vivaro. Mark was very honest about the vehicle which I greatly appreciate; no beating around the Bush. He was great and polite too. I've dealt with dodgy and rude car lot owners before, but here I didn't. I bought the van for my business and took the train down on Tuesday to pick it up, Mark offered to pick me up from the train station which I appreciated. Reasonably priced, no beating around the Bush and politeness. Highly recommended.
If only every salesman/woman was as helpful and accommodating as Mark is. He literally bent over backwards to get me the van of my dreams. When I come to needing a new van in the far off future, I'd definitely go to Mark at Fairwater Vans first and recommend anyone in the market for a top quality van for a great price to go there too. I was recommended to Fairwater van sales by a friend and I have to say it was a good recommendation. I met Mark and found him to be excellent no the pushy car sales person but someone that was prepared to help and get things right. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. The van does what it says on the tin. First weekend of driving it and I am very happy. I think that I can say from my first dealings with Mark that he is a genuine guy who believes in doing a good job for his customers.
I was pointed in the direction of Fairwater Van Sales after speaking to a work colleague. I contacted Mark and stated what I was after and my available budget. Mark was confident he would be able to source a vehicle to meet my requirements. Within 7 days, he not only found what I was after, the vehicle was valeted, serviced and ready for me to inspect. It’s customer service like this that goes along way. Needless to say I purchased the said vehicle under budget and could not be more pleased. I Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
I have bought two vehicles from Mark a Nissan Navara and an F Pace both have been brilliant. My last purchase is by far the best car I have ever owned. I gave Mark a pretty tough checklist of requirements, he met them all and gave me a great deal. Highly recommended
I have dealt with Mark a couple times now and he always provides an excellent and honest service. The vans are immaculate and very reasonably priced. Mark also arranged for some extras I was after at a low cost. I wouldn't buy anywhere else and highly recommend.
