As it's my local station, thought I really should say a few words. On those rare occasions when I've needed to use public transport I've always found the station itself clean and tidy, with plenty of shelter against the British weather. I'd love to say that the trains always run on time, but that isn't always the case.
My family and I purchased our train tickets at Butlers Lane to go to Stratford upon Avon yesterday. The man who served us, I believe his name was Steve was extremely helpful and informative. We were very grateful of his knowledge, guidance and professionalism.
Clostraphobic for me and weird stairs/ramp mix-mash lol but otherwise, a very decent station
It is what it is a cross city line station with limited facilities.
Nice clean station
Good station long bike ride to Litchfield
