Went in last week to purchase some bits for my younger siblings cowboy themed event at their school this Thursday and I must say that the customer service was beyond excellent. Help was politely offered as soon as I entered the store, which I declined, and was left alone again until I approached a staff member for some guidance a little later on after having a little wander myself, which she was very happy to provide. I left the store with exactly what I had in mind when I entered and I'll definitely be returning for party and dress up bits in the future!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Costumes are poor quality for the price. The manager “Sam” was beyond rude to me and the staff that worked there.

I went into the Poole store today with some concerns as I had read some reviews online beforehand, but let me tell you, the two young girls who were in there today proved all of the bad reviews wrong. They were so cheery and interested in their job which made my experience as a customer much more enjoyable! I left the store with what I wanted to get as well as a few extra bits - will definitely be returning soon!

I would give a zero if I could, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The lady that manages the store is downright rude and sarcastic, she barks orders at her other employees making the atmosphere in the place very tense. When asking a question about products she assumes that I should know the answer already, in a very abrupt manner. Would never come here again.

No Refunds given - Very Poor customer services - spoke with lady called Samantha in Poole store - down right rude and nothing more than sarcastic and belittling whilst she took great pleasure in advising that although the item purchased (which was overpriced as it is), was unsuitable (after asking why i wanted to return the item), no refunds are given and they 'operate according to trading standards' - extremely scripted and no consideration given to the customer - no warnings of no refunds given anywhere - and from what i can tell by the attitude of samantha, they have no intentions to make it clearer either. i have asked for contact details to complain.
