Staff are really helpful and friendly both on the shop floor and on the tills. I was buying for my teenage daughter and wasn't sure about the size so I asked one of the girls to try a jacket on for size. She was really helpful whilst another lady checked the whole shop floor for another size. Can't fault them. Great customer service. I'm so pleased Primark is in Poole, it has a great selection of styles at low prices. The quality is pretty good too, I've paid far more for far worse in other stores. PRIMARK Yay!

Well what can I say Primark is a fantastic shop love it very much. It's it's a very large one split over three levels staff of friendly and it's a nice light airy shop . It is situated inside the Dolphin Centre in Poole High Street

Big branch spanning three sales floors connected by escalators. The range of stock is thus very broad, and I've always found the till service pretty efficient compared to the Bournemouth branch.
