The doctor I had a phone appointment with was excellent as always. He was prompt always follows up, honestly seems to genuinely care. He has helped me with allergy/ skin condition. He is absolutely brilliant and I am very happy with the outcome of appointment. Out of all the doctors I have seen for me personally he is the best. His name is doctor Nalabanda from kilburn park.
Overall I would say if you attend the Doctors surgery you will get what you want and promptly, staff are welcoming in person Dr Goderick Roberts is an amazing Doctor. Professional, invested, thorough and informative. Most Doctors I have seen are also very good.
The rudest reception staff i have ever encountered anywhere requested 2 phone calls from dr both on patches they failed to ring on both even though they sent text to say they will ring next day, 3 weeks to get a sick note, had nearly boiling water poured in ear when went for dewaxing. You would get better treatment in gaza. Stay away for your own health. This place needs to be reviewed by medical board and closed.
Missed the doctors call, called back straight away was told Dr has been sent a message, no call back. Very disappointed as i waited 2 weeks for a phone appointment as at the time they did not offer a face to face.
AVOID THIS SURGERY AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!!!!! This surgery is very useless. Does not care about patient’s or their health. They neglect patient care and always mess up prescription requests and always put the blame on the pharmacies. This surgery almost killed my nan. Luckly we registered her to a new surgery and they found the problem. Now she needs an ambulance to take her hospital to have blood transfusion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just had a brilliant exam and blood test with Monica. I am a recent registered patient and at first had very bad experiences, with people losing important documents I had given them, but Monica has completely changed my opinion of the clinic. Treated with respect, care and concern. Blood exam was painless and her instructions were clear and concise. A superstar in the medical field, finally. She should receive any benefit available to her.
Goderick is a God sent to this practice and listens and takes good care of me! Also Their staff is fantastic!
Practice has gone downhill. Used to see the same doctor every time and appointments would run to time. Now they ring 2 hours after the planned telephone appointment time or do not ring at all. Have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and not offered them in person. Different doctor deals with you so no continuity of care. When you call to chase when you will receive the call expected 5 hours ago you're told to wait another week for an appointment with no apology given for failure to call you. I have seen other reviews complain about not receiving calls promised too so clearly a widespread issue. Wasted an entire afternoon sat beside my phone waiting for their call and still no closer to being able to talk to a doctor about a pressing and stressful issue. Receptionists show no compassion when I have called in distress about needing to speak to someone.
it's really terrible when you ask for an appointment they always give you a different doctor. no doctor follows your practices and only waste of time I had a bad experience in this place they do not allow you to see your doctor they give you an appointment only by phone and then in the end place of examined I send you to the hospital to check you they say take perasatamol and it passes you do not understand these doctors where they studied in science confused idea
