I would like to thank Mr. Ben Young from service dept. for his excellent approach towards the problems that I had with my vehicle. He proved on this occasion to be capable, friendly and polite towards me as a customer and because of his skill and determination he managed to turn a very bad experience that I had with the vehicle into one that is easy solvable Also he managed to hook me up with a courtesy vehicle for the period that my vehicle was on the garage Excellent 5/5

Unhelpful attitude from parts dept. I asked if they could check that I had ordered the correct part, response "no, you will have to check with our service dept, its complicated!" Come on! If you (like we do in our company!) show interest in your customers, they will come back, but I wont be coming back to your company

The service received from the service department is poor at best. Was told i would be hung up on was spoken to very unprofessionally and inappropriately. They have had a vehicle for 3 days and still haven't looked at it besides it being booked in. Having worked in the motor trade myself for 7+ years, this is not how to treat a customer.
