My experience with this dealership was simply superb!! From reception to management. The sales team is professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pushed into anything but I was aware of my options. Sayf the sales gentleman whom sold me my car kept me informed and updated on everything, making me comfortable and able to manage my time effectively. Everyone was polite and helpful even if the sale wasn’t theirs team work! I had a very different experience with another dealer.. hence why I cannot recommend this Honda dealer enough. Buying a car should be a happy experience not a headache.
Purchased my car from here around 6 months ago. Always a little nervous spending so much money and worrying about the car after you've purchased it. From the get go the team here have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service and they really do give you their time and listen. I've dealt with Steve mainly, and he's been great! Not just during the purchase, but I've also called numerous times regarding some after care and the after care has been spot on, it really puts me to ease knowing I can reach out to them. I'm happy with my car purchase and I'm even happier I've purchased from Norton Way Honda. Thank you!!
For the attention of all potential customers. Today I attempted to book my motorcycle in for a service with Nortons as I had originally purchased it from there to be told that they cannot accept my request as the service team no longer work on Saturdays. When asked why? The response Was because the service team require a "Work Life Balance!" I have asked be removed from the mailing list and will go else where

BE WARE OF THE DEALERSHIP Got car on finance 2 years ago on 4.5% that was agreed with salesman, got letter about the finance I'm paying off saying my APR is 7.9% not 4.5%. Phoned up about it they was not interested in it at all, I'm wrong and they are right not when I was there with salesman pointing out 4.5%. had to pay off finance company all because of Norton Honda. very disappointed, they missed out on new car from me
I purchased my NC 750X DCT from here new in 2018 and have had it serviced at every service interval with NWH. I have just had my bike serviced with an MOT on the 8th June - during the service the Tech found 2 faults - parking brake and broken exhaust bracket - I authorised the £256 additional cost immediately when called the bike was returned on the 9th June. I found on the documents returned with the bike that they failed the bikes MOT for the 2 faults found DURING the service as mentioned on the SERVCE inspection sheet suppled to me and in the attached video. One defined as Dangerous and the other a major defect!! This history is available to see for anyone who is going to buy my bike when I decide to sell it - not what I wanted on there. If I had put the bike in for a service on the 8th June and they rectified the faults and went back on the 9th June I would not have this blot on my MOT history. Not the best NWH and cheers Daniel the service manager for leaving me a voicemail and NOT calling back as you stated you would and hence why I didn’t ring but hey ho. Anyway, the moral of this review is don’t get a service and MOT done here on the same day and for me, it was nice doing business NWH, I shall take my bike elsewhere for them to MOT and Service as I always trusted the Honda brand to carry out my servicing but not anymore...
I bought a 2022 Honda Monkey motorcycle in March 2022. Really appreciated the information, support and guidance from both Alex and Mark. The whole process was painless and efficient.
Picked up my new car from Norton Way Honda last week and it proved to be a great experience, from first contact to delivery. I felt really looked after by Josh Corbett and David Baldwin and I'm very happy with my purchase. My initial query was more of a fact finding mission and i set up a visit to test drive a car. I picked Norton Way over my slightly more local Honda dealer mainly on the basis of previous good feedback i had read and the fact that i can look at bikes and cars at the same time!!. My dealer visit went very well with Josh looking after me, listening to my stories! and answering any questions i had. All of their cars are well presented but i decided that i wanted a new car this time round and an appropriate deal was struck quickly and with little pressure from the sales team. They even took my trade in with a decent offer despite it being a completely different brand and of significant value. Hand over day was made pretty special with the new car in the showroom, covered to allow the full reveal. Also, they are always really helpful whenever i have questions on the car. Service time is a long way away but i look forward to having to visit them again. I'm really pleased with the service i received and would certainly recommend them to others. Oooh, maybe a new bike next.......
Jamie, Julia and Ritesh were wonderful. The entire experience of purchasing my mothers new car was a pleasure. I would highly recommend.
Helpful staff and free drinks. No pushy sales. But crowded in the motorbikes section. Lovelly cafe too. Had my bike in for service.get to relax with tasty food. Finally the staff here are ver a comadating and have great sense if humour.
