We received very helpful and supportive service from Norton Way in Letchworth on our recent search for a used Qashqai, principally from excellent salesman Berkan Degirmenci, who​​​​ could not have been more attentive.nAs a result, although we ended up sourcing our perfect vehicle elsewhere, we can certainly strongly recommend this dealership for their excellent service, and we expect to return to them in the future.
I am looking for a new car and decided to pop into our local Nissan dealership. We were met by a super friendly Hannah, who listened to what we required, showed us a car and then went and got the Motability Salesman, Adam Ashley.nHe was great, he went through all our requirements, suggested different models, gave us the pros and cons and then showed us another vehicle.nI am test driving the car tomorrow and more than likely going to order it.nYou really couldn't ask for better help at this dealership. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff and great cars. You couldn't ask for more nUPDATE...nI collected my car today, an X-Trail. Wonderful service again from Adam. He went through everything with me and even showed me how all the controls etc work, not something every dealership does. I even got a lovely gift too.nI really cannot fault this dealership at all.
Good experience with this dealership. Marc had a relaxed approach and arranged a test drive around our availability. This is the second time we have bought a car from this dealership and both times it has been a straight forward process.
Came last week for service and first MOT on the Qashqai we bought here almost 3 years ago. Problem tyres were replaced at my cost, of course same day and all good with car. Not enough time to sort out some niggles we wanted resolved before the warranty expires next week. James in Service Dept. made sure we were rebooked in time for In-Warranty repair of the niggles.nI would recommend this dealership. From the greeting and decaff coffee from Reception to the work from the Service Dept. to the Sales person, Hannah, I spoke with about a possible new car.nVery good.
Great dealership - we visited to look at a Qashqai or X-Trail. Whilst we did not proceed with purchase, we had a lovely consultation and test drive experience.nnThe team works as one and they are highly efficient and knowledgeable. They follow up promptly and I would seriosly consider purchasing from this dealership next time.
