We had a great experience with Alfie we travelled from Ireland after seeing a Nissan Xtrail advertised online!! We couldn't have been happier with how well organised and thorough they were! Having not seen the car Alfie sent us a detailed video of the car explaining everything to us! He didn't disappoint as when we got to the garage it was exactly as he described and we were on the way to the ferry soon after! Excellent service!! Highly recommended! There was also a girl in the office I can't think of her name who was always extremely helpful when I rang to speak to Alfie! Excellent team!!

Brilliant staff, I really enjoyed a helpful and excellent service. Specially Simon Heritage. He is so polite, friendly and patient. I have a memory problem and poor English. He explained to me everything very well and patiently. I'm so happy and recommend him to everyone.

Had car on a service plan, had to call after I was due to pick up as they didn’t call me. Was told I’d needed £275 of work done and that if I wanted it done I could pick car up at midday next day. Called at 11:45 to check they were done, to be told it was next car in and that the person I had spoken to was not in. Obvious to me they don’t communicate and that they had completely forgotten about the car! Loss of vehicle for 2 days for a service is not on.
