Fantastic customer experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend Baldock Car Sales Ltd if you are looking for a new car. Great selection of vehicles and various price ranges, so there really is something for everyone. I purchased my first car the last week and Darren couldn't have been more helpful. As a first time buyer I had A LOT of questions. Darren answered all my queries and really took the time to run through the features of the cars I was considering. It was like getting advice from a friend as opposed to a salesman. I didn't feel as though he was recommending the car with the highest price point, but more the vehicle that would suit my lifestyle. After a couple of test drives followed by more questions...I made my decision and bought a great low mileage MG. Thanks for your patience Darren, I couldn't be happier with my purchase : look forward to coming back to Baldock Car Sales for my next car.

I've just bought a third car from Darren and the customer service was as exceptional as on the previous 2 occasions. Having brought my previous cars through family or friends of friends this was a little daunting for me to buy from somewhere new.
