I bought my Mazda June 2017 last year and was very happy with the service I received. Matt Squires I believe was the name of the man who helped me to decide on my purchase, he sat with me while I took a few different Mazda's for a test drive, nothing was too much trouble even moving lots of other cars so that I could test drive the Mazda that was in the middle of the showroom! I already had my heart set on a Mazda 6 but I wanted to try different models to be absolutely sure I had made the right choice. Sorry it has taken so long to write my review I have been very busy travelling and finally moving! Thank you Mazda and Matt for your assistance while choosing which car to purchase and for your continued assistance since purchase! Very happy customer :)

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Mazda 6 from Norton Way Mazda, dealing with Tom Gosbee each time I visited. He was never pushy and always helpful which meant when I wanted to wait to get the right colour Mazda 6 estate I made sure that I always went back to Tom and didn't look further afield. He got me the car I wanted! Glad to see that old fashioned sales techniques are on their way out. I would highly recommend that you see Tom next time you visit Norton Way Mazda. They also send you a video after your visit which is a truly unique and up to date way of communicating with your potential customers. Thanks Tom!

Just purchased a Mazda 3 from Matt Squires. He has offered a friendly and professional  service throughout. I would strongly recommend dealing with Matt if you’re looking to discuss potential purchases. In addition Steve in finance has been equally great in sorting out finances and explaining details in full. Thank you to a great purchase experience.

Matt is the star at this dealership. He sold me a great Mazda2, just what I was looking for. No pressure selling here, just very helpful, knowledgeable advice. We came from Kent and were very pleased we made the journey. Will be back when we want to buy our next car.
