Receptionist are kind, polite, professional and helpful. Dr Clark is great, and he has been very reliable and helpful. I'm grateful that I am registered with this GP practice. When I call to book myself an appointment, I am on hold for some time, but that is understandable, considering the phone line must be busy.

Worst GP surgery. Receptionists are rude and very unhelpful. I tried to book an appointment with the nurse for travel vaccinations but was told that I need to leave a message for the nurse and then call back after a few days before I can book an appointment. I work as a nurse myself and know exactly what vaccinations I am due but reception staff were not having this and were most unhelpful and were unwilling to be reasonable. In fact they were bordering on rude and just could not be bothered to even try and help. As a nurse I feel so sorry for any patient who is met with such attitude on the telephone or behind the desk.This is not the first time this has happened, I was travelling a few months ago and called to book the appointment for my travel vaccines. Of course, I was told the same thing by reception staff and I had followed their policy. Reception staff told me that I would receive a call/ text message to say whether I needed to make an appointment. After two weeks of no response and it was only after I called the practice back as a result of my own nursing knowledge, knowing that I required these vaccines, that I was told that the nurse had not received any such request or message. I was lucky enough to speak to the nurse on this occasion who checked my record and indeed confirmed what I already knew, that I was due the travel vaccines. Only now when I tried to book the appointment there were no available appointments for over a month. The only appointment available was on the day of my departure so now I had to go on holiday with no immunisations to a country where diseases like typhoid and hepatitis are common. The whole point of telephoning weeks in advance of my departure is to avoid this situation from occurring. This is unsafe practice and is putting patients at risk. I am now making a formal complaint with the practice manager and taking this matter even further, as it should not be allowed to continue. I would not want the same experience to happen to any other patient or a patient's life to be put at risk because they are forced to take unnecessary risks due to non medically qualified staff believing that they can triage patients when they have no formal training to do this.

Recent experience of a 1.5hr delay in appointments for the nurse who is commissioned to deal with 'emergency' appointments on any one given day. Also nurse is able to assess children under 3 with no contribution from the doctor which I believe may be outside of NHS guidelines. Very, very disappointed.

Very very poor services. I have booked an appointment but I was run late by 10 mins. I have already informed them they have agreed. When I have reached surgery I was within that time. But they said appointment has been cancelled. Receptionist don't care what's the situation of that patient. They will simply say come tomorrow or go any where else.

Reception staffs are rude and very unhelpful. Doctors arent too bad. Thinking of moving to another surgery.
