The team here have created a truly inclusive, safe environment for customers and potential new fans by having people who are intensely passionate SMEs. Pete helped my Mama and me today and is so enormously enthusiastic, obviously adores the craft, and just wanted my Mum and myself to get stuck in - no matter our worries about age, health, or ability. Pete made us feel so welcome and actually quite excited by the idea of painting miniatures ourselves! When you get to share your joy, it doesn't matter who's with you. The only thing that matters is that you get to be passionate and joyful, and that we get to share that with our fellow human beings I'll be back soon to paint my first miniature

The store manager here is the best ambassador you could have for your brand. I like to visit the local store when on holiday. My partner and family wanted to come along this time and their first impression couldn't have been better. Rodney was enthousiastic, friendly, helpful and generous. He took the initiative to show us around without being pushy. By far the best store visit I've ever done and a fond memory for all of us!
Great shop - stepped in as a beginner in December and they were really helpful in explaining the setting and rules for 40k to me. Visited many times since and they've been just as helpful and friendly every single time.
Christopher and the rest of the crew are absolute legends. Came by with my girlfriend and a friend of hers. Were welcomed super nicely. He had great patience demonstrating them some basics in painting. They had a great time. The great conversations, recommendations and off topic chit chat make this place and its people a great place to visit. Use the phrase "Pi equals 3" to not get a discount of 10%
I was a bit anxious about coming into one of these stores as it all looks too difficult to learn, but I took my 6 year old in and we had a great time with a free painting and game orientation. The manager was awesome!
Pete & Sam are super stars, very helpful, knoledgable and passionate. It feels a little expensive to get all the bits to start playing but as with any hobby a large portion of the cost is an investment tools, paint, glue etc.
Really helpful staff, took a few hours going through products, game play and model painting. Lost a star as cost of products is high, especially when you can buy everything for 20% less cost elsewhere.
Fantastically helpful and knowledgeable staff. I used to play Warhammer many years ago and was returning with my son who is interested in painting an army and maybe playing. We had an introduction to painting and playing the game. All the staff were very engaging and positive. Really helpful and I would recommend the team to anyone similarly interested in the game systems or figures. I've posted the models they helped us paint
Really friendly store with a good selection and always happy to help. Very good even with very young kids. My 6 year old has spent several afternoons on their painting activity events and was always well supported and I've also taken my father-in-law to "learn to play..." events. Can't recommend enough. They're great representatives for Warhammer and GW.
