Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores. Pretty well stocked for a small store. Although they have recently stopped selling lego in the shop. Generally good prices. Friendly helpful staff. EDIT - some Lego kits back in store now.

Had the best customer service today, the manager Jason was particularly helpful in ensuring a "Mini Shop Brands" toy was put aside for my niece's Xmas present. Fantastic customer service all round, you don't get many shops where the staff actually care anymore!
The shop itself is located in a great place but I found the toys in the shop weren't very good of you have a child over 8 there wasn't much in the way of Lego or board games. Lots for really young children
Very friendly staff and clean store always people to help in store never feel unwelcome and lovely place to be , great range of toys even have pocket money toys
No longer stock Lego! When shopping for the kids, I'll look for new sets for my own collection, so no lego means I go elsewhere or online!
Good elselection of toys at a fair price but definitely aimed more towards the younger ages. 7 and below.
I was able to order games for Christmas presents online and collect them from the shop. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Limited choice..no lego available in store. Ok but prefer to go elsewhere if needing serious toys or games
Fantastic selection for a shop of its size and friendly staff : just a shame the swann centre is slowing going downhill around it.
