Excellent Service, had to attend this store today after a last minute panic over a pirate party costume that had failed to arrive in the post. Called ahead to check stock then travelled an hour to get there and was met with extremely friendly staff who chatted to my son and went the extra length to check for an item that wasn't on the shop floor but was found in stock after some extensive searching. Thanks to that particular female member of staff  Picked up an extra item as well and left with a very happy child and a pleasant shopping experience. Well done.

Perfect, if you or your loved ones love Disney characters. Some times a little over priced but the merch is good quality. The staff are always friendly but they are no doubt trained to welcome all visitors.

Went in to the store today for a hanging decoration and was very very pleased with the service!.  I was served by a lovely young lady with bright blonde hair, wearing a trainee badge; that seemed as though she worked there for a lifetime. Believe it or not, it was her second day on the job!! She was polite, friendly and let me know about all the offers without any pressure -which other shops to tend to do nowadays- .  She's a lovely,lovely girl and I hope she's there when I next go to buy a gift

I want to give a massive thank you to the staff of the Disney Store for their help and support today when my mother fainted due to heat and wearing a mask. Your response and kindness were amazing and I can't thank you enough. Mum is fine. Much love to you all.

Great store and a friendly welcome received. The thing that has caused me to only give 3 stars was the overly pushy sales of add on items at the till. We weren't interested in buying a bag for life and made this quite clear with a 'no thank you we don't need a bag', yet the assistant continued and continued to tell us all the wonderful features about a bag !?... I'm aware how a bag works and that its possible to fold it up to fit into my handbag. Once this debacle was over thank goodness, she then tried to sell us a stationary set which not only was very random but also wouldn't have been appropriate for our 13 month old child. This experience has really put me off trying to buy anything from this store again. When I shop I don't want to be pressured into buying things I don't want and don't need.

VERY friendly staff, always a pleasure to talk to them, they really know their stuff. The window invited me as I love marvel. Everything is very well presented and a good atmosphere. I could spend all year round in there.... and I do.

This store is great for any little ones or adults that love anything and everything disney. They have some great gifts, toys, etc which can be well worth the money. However if your after fancy dress I would definitely recommend buying from a supermarket chain as the prices here are triple what you would pay in sainsburys etc...

Brilliant shop. Daughter loves it. She can ask them to turn the songs off but the screens are still playing. Dreadfully, Alana heard a higher pitch version of the lion king circle of life and ran out of the shop. She likes it though

I was looking for a gift my son he is into Marvel I saw a hoodie with all the marvel movies listed behind asked if they had the small size available. Was told  very rudely " so order it online if you want that badly you have to pay for postage yourself!" She went on to rant about  something whilst swearing in front of me with another colleague  who did not look amused she turned around with a creepy smile  and comes out with " we have other marvel merchandise have even bothered to look !"  Strange someone was a bad day !

They have changed their opening hours on a Thursday without updating their website, web-presence or front of store signage. We made a special trip and ended up wasting fuel, parking fee and had a very disappointed toddler. Shopping centre security were less than helpful.
