Very very big toys store! Kids dream
As good as a shop full of excited children can be. Usually go to buy Puzzles/ board games/ Pokemon cards and it has a great selection of all of them.
Nice big store. Easy to park although it would be good if the first 30 minutes were free.
Bought all our products this Xmas from toys r Us Southampton and Carol and Elisha were beyond just the roll of their job and were also interactive with my two very active children. Great job.
Terrible customer service. Went in today to buy a pushchair but the store assistance had no product knowledge, had a face on her like she didn't want to be there, was rude and unhelpful. Didn't buy my pushchair there but went across to mothercare across the road where staff were lovely and I bought one there instead!
