Awful customer service, especially from the director. None apologetic for selling faulty goods and try to blame the customer. I almost burst into tears in the store after the director told me that a platinum ring may have snapped into two pieces as a result of my "force". 
Alarm bells should have rang when I went to get my ring resized and could over hear another customers complaints about a faulty piece of jewellery. 
Almost lost out on hundreds of pounds after a platinum ring snapped into two pieces, after it was repaired the first time, the exact same thing happened again months later, after we was told it "shouldn't" happen in the first place, and "shouldn't happen again. We constantly had to chase them up with answers and updates. Once you've been sold the ring, customer service just isn't a priority.
4 hours travel time wasted after countless visits to the store, and not one single apology.

I brought my mum into the shop to get her engagement ring fixed which had been ruined by another jewellers. My mum had been really upset about it and unsure about letting anyone else touch it. The lady was so lovely and reassuring and promised us something could be done to fix the intricate detail which had been lost. My mum is so thrilled with the results and is proud to wear her engagement ring again. Thanks guys. Will always reccomend!!!
