Fantastic experience from all of the staff, I went here to get an engagement ring for my now fiancé! Very helpful and felt looked after throughtout. She also loved the ring.
I purchased a lovely child bracelet for my great nephew, who was only seven days old at the time, and a silver chain for myself. A big shout out to Sam for being so helpful and the lovely lady i took selfie photos with and the other staff members wish I knew their name were fantastic. When I walked into the store, I felt welcomed from the jump. The service and the time you are given, is true dedication and care. You can tell and feel the family bond. Stanley's Jewellers, is now where I will always purchase my jewellery. In my opinion whatever budget you have set in your mind before going in, you make not spend it all. What an amazing, friendly caring set of souls. Thank you, you all made me feel great, you put a spring in my step.
I took my bangle to be re-worked at Stanley's after a previous jeweller made an absolute car crash of the shape and finish! I'm so thrilled at the re-modelling they were able to do The process was explained to me and I was advised because of the previous 'bad workmanship' it may not have been possible to achieve the finish I was looking for. But having just collected it took a day to do I'm really happy! Thank you so much for the great craftsmanship done and enabling me to wear a piece of jewellery that I haven't worn in many years. I would highly recommend this jeweller.
We are so thankful to Stanleys. We walked in and were greeted with a smile. We found ring number one and it was perfect. We then had a couple of issues with the ring manufacturer so had to go in and replace the ring and I came out with a totally new, different ring that I was not expecting to love! Thanks to Lynn and Sam for all your help and patience. The whole team helped us we just don’t know your names, sorry! We love our wedding bands, too! We’ll definitely be back for more diamonds…
Was pleasantly surprised how good Stanley's were. The staff were really welcoming and very knowledgeable. My wife was looking for a tear drop ring and the girl behind the counterKylie went above and beyond to try and find what she was looking for. She even went out to another shop and brought back some samples to view. While we were there I asked about getting my wedding band altered because it had become fairly loose fitting. Another lady took it in the back to see if it could be done and when she came back it had been done and it was a very good price. Had a clean and polish too,looked like a brand new ring. Would definitely use Stanley's again.
Fantastic friendly service. Parked outside, wedding ring re shaped in 15 mins, text message while in local Costa saying ring was ready, great value, great service, highly recommend.

Outstanding service today, ring resized whilst we went for a coffee and wander around the Jewellery Quarter. The staff are awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. Craftsmanship outstanding.
