Impeccable yet friendly and down to earth service from everyone.  An enjoyable experience all round.  Very, very happy with my adjusted rings that were beautifully polished on return.  They even put a puzzle ring back together that has been baffling me for years, just for fun.  Kind people.

Traditional service & value from knowledgeable people.
This has been my first dealings with these guys, I found them friendly, gave an honest opinion & the results far exceeded my expectations.

Victoria James provide excellent service and value for money. Leah and the staff were very professional and a pleasure to do business with, they spent a lot of time helping us and we never felt hurried even though we took up a lot of their time. They sourced beautiful sapphires for us to choose from and were happy to make some adjustments to one of their designs and I am delighted with the look and quality of my ring. I would def recommend Victoria James as a quality jeweller with very good staff.

We had a wonderful experience here. It was the second jewellers we visited. I found a lovely Art Deco Ascher cut diamond ring but felt I needed to check out everywhere else before I could commit. We came back towards the end of the day and bought the ring. Both the shop assistant and the jeweller were so friendly, helpful and cheerful they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have the best selection of Art Deco inspired designs I have seen anywhere and they were very competitive on price. If you only visit one shop in the jewellery quarter I’d recommend it be this one.

Recently visited to obtain advice & get my wedding ring that I purchased from them cleaned. They are very helpful & knowledgable.  Will go back as they are professionals in their trade.
