Lovely boutique jewellery shop, served by Wendy. Family member chose new wedding bands, so helpful. Went through all possible options for them. Made to feel welcome and relaxed. Will certainly be returning to treat myself (after a few gorgeous items caught my eye!!!)

Exceptional customer service. Wendy and Keith helped me and my mother in law choose an engagement ring that was absolutely perfect. They had a wide variety of rings but managed to help me pick out the most amazing ring. They asked questions that would lead them into selecting the most appropriate ring for my fiancée. We have both recently been back for a friendly chat and to choose our wedding bands. They also took my fiancées engagement ring to clean so that it would have the identical shine to the wedding band. I cannot fault their professional and want to thank them for making this a wonderful experience.

My fiancee and I bought our engagement ring from Classic Diamonds. Wendy was great and took her time to listen to our requirements and style preferences. She took us through various options which really helped. In the end we designed the ring ourselves and picked it up 10 days later. We’re delighted with it! The environment and sales process is very nice with no pressure for a quick buy unlike other jewellers we found in the JQ. We can’t thank Wendy and Jon enough and will return for our wedding bands.

Visited today, found the male shop owner extremely rude and unhelpful, being a potential customer for an engagement ring, I also wanted to ask a few questions being a jewellery student, and was made aware that he is only interested in customers on Saturdays. We decided I will not be choosing my ring here. I do not give business to rude people. Other places in the jewellery quarter offered a better customer experience- marlow diamonds are fantastic. I will never return to classic diamonds, and the owner needs to be reminded what business etiquette is.
