Gabriella on front desk was so incredibly nice,informative funny. I had zero questions left. Room was clean and highly fitted out. Every staff member was fantastic from the guy and girl running the pool to the breakfast army of staff. To cleaners.Couldn't fault this place if I tried. Hotel lobby is so beautiful. I can see why there was business clients there and personal clients.First Hyatt, hope all like this. Brilliant
I have no complaints. Everything was beautiful clean. I would go back again we were there his Mother and I for my Grandson. He was having a Basketball Tournament and yes, I would go back there again.It was beautiful, the atmosphere, everything about it, the people. .One thing I loved about it. It was clean from the front entrance all the way to my room beautiful. Rooms: Like I said, the rooms were beautiful two king size beds. I have my own my daughter had hers. Once we hit the bed, honey, our lights were out. Rooms are beautiful, very neat, clean and I love too. The rooms were smoke Free did not have to worry about any type of smoke. Nearby activities: Well, we did not get to go to any activities other than my Grandson's and her son's Basketball Tournaments and they did WIN. That's the only activities that we want to. Safety: So far from when we were there, it seemed pretty safe. We had no problems or run into anything. I said it was pretty safe.
Excellent hotel, fantastic location- the most attentive team. You cannot have a better location. Just right by the tram stop and a few minutes walk from bars, clubs, supermarkets and the train stations. Absolutely love this fantastic hotel with world class service and a great team.Rooms: 5/5
Excellent hotel! The staff were friendly, welcoming and highly professional. Check-in was slow because the hotel was busy but other than that it was a fantastic experience. Didn't have an evening meal but there was a wide choice of food and drink for breakfast. Two of the waiting staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and polite: Hossein and Tefayul. Will definitely stay at the hotel again. Rooms: Clean and spacious.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. Great central location. Staff were friendly and professional. Lobby and bar areas were very nice, comfortable and stylish. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Decor in rooms dont match the lobby style could do with a bit more colour. Tea tray was ok, would expect speciality coffees and coffee machine for price of the room. Missing dressing gown but rang reception and this was quickly rectified. Breakfast was self service, we prefer being served, but what we had was all good quality, tasty with plenty of choice, liked that we was offered a different choice of eggs cooked fresh and pancakes. Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours. All in all a fantastic stay great service and great location, just a couple of areas need attention to get full stars.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms, the shower was amazing! The staff are all 5 star, I attended with my daughter and she was treated with such care and attention. Especially the breakfast staff, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us. Thank you for such a lovely experience.Rooms: 5/5
My daughters boyfriend surprised her with a proposal, I knew about it and I wanted the most special day for them both. I contacted the Hyatt in Birmingham where they had booked in and asked for them to put a bottle of prosecco and chocolates on arrival in their room for when they checked in. I paid for this well in advance. Friday they checked in, she never mentioned anything to me. So I left it until the day after, she still didn't mention anything, so I asked her, did she have anything in her room? No, she replied nothing! I am so upset because I really wanted to do something special. I spoke to the hotel and all they said was sorry, do you want me to put it in the room now? They missed the point!!! This was a surprise! Totally ruined. They have now submitted a refund without any apology, absolutely disgusting customer service I am appalled by this hotel and will certainly not give them any business in the future, I wanted to do something special the hotel just had a 'I don't care attitude'
This is our second year visiting and everything was perfect. Room was immaculate, WiFi was really fast and staff were brilliant. Room service was lightning fast. The mattress was like new and very comfortable. The shower pressure was second to none. The hotel is very well placed. We visited Brindley Place, art galleries, the Symphony Hall, the Hippodrome and Think Think Science Museum, all with ease. Plus getting here from the Railway Station on the tram was a breeze. Finally, you will find yourself people watching through the huge windows and, whether the canal or the city view, it’s brilliant seeing the world through this rare view from on high. Can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.
Nice hotel and spa however, lamp was broken in the room on arrival and did not work. This wasn’t much of an issue as we used the wall lights and the tv. The hotel is in a nice location,there is plenty to do around there and the spa is nice just a shame we were unable to use the steam room as it was 11am and wasn’t ready at that time. The hotel staff can be slightly blunt, when asking why I have yet to receive my £40 deposit back, I was told it takes 5-7 days and if it exceeds this time period assume it is being taken for damages. We did not cause any damages, the room was left how it was found. I am upset with this and I’m considering whether I will be booking this hotel again.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, the views and room were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is located very close to the centre, and many other attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff Gabriela was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay.Rooms: 5/5
