Just had an excellent first visit to Furniture Village and placed our first order! The whole service from the welcome to the end of transaction could not be faulted. Jon was very courteous and genuinely interested in our customer needs. Everything was explained clearly and confirmed via paperwork. We left after having placed the order with a great confidence. Now to make space for our new sofa!
We recently visited Furniture Village Hove and had a pleasant experience. We appreciate Gabriel Zubowicz, the sales consultant who from the beginning, assisted us with professionalism and candor; he was politely and patiently responsive with all our queries. We did not feel we are being rushed with the purchase and he had given us time and space to decide. The items we purchased were within the price and quality
I was so impressed by the standard of customer service provided by Pascal. He was so patient and went above and beyond to help in every possible way, despite my parents making a number of changes. After our initial meeting, my family and I left the store incredibly well informed on all the prices and the cover policy. Pascal answered all our questions with incredible knowledge and detail, leaving us feeling like we were in safe hands! When we returned to place our order, Pascal was really helpful and gave us an incredible deal. Thank you so much Pascal, highly recommend.
Excellent service at Furniture Village. No hard selling, just helpful information. We were able to test the mattresses on our own and the staff were there to help but never felt pressured by them. Special mention about Ian. He was so helpful,so informative and not pushy just friendly. Thanks so much for a nice experience.
Our visit to Furniture Village was a most pleasant experience. Our consultant, Gabriel, was well informed, and helpful. The store was well laid out. On our first visit we were given all relevant facts and went home to consider them. We returned the following week and ordered several items.
Further to my previous review of yesterday, and the subsequent reply, placing responsibility on the distributer for the poor service, it is important that the following chronology is understood, which relates to Furniture Village and their short comings. In my contact with Furniture Village in the week of 12/09/2022, I was reassured by them that they had been in touch with the distributor and my purchase had arrived that day at their centre and that they would be in touch. I still have not heard from anyone. On the afternoon of 03/10/2022 I contacted Furniture Village and left a message on the automated system, which stated that someone would get back to me. No one returned my call. On the morning of 04/10/2022 I spoke to a staff member who stated that the staff member i had left the call for, had my message, had to go to a meeting and they would get back to me. No one called me. On the afternoon of 04/10/2022 I left a further message, and at the time of writing this review, I have not heard back from anyone. Competent customer service, would lead one to expect that the staff person handling my purchase, would return my call, and at least explain that they had been in touch with the distributor and inform me of the plan moving forward. I am still of the view that focused customer service, is a skill set that warrants attention. Charm on the shop floor is not enough.
Easy parking at the store. Staff very welcoming and helpful - no pressure and left us to browse in peace but were also readily available to answer all queries. A special mention to Gabriel who guided us through the options and purchasing of the furniture we chose. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Altogether as pleasant an experience as furniture purchasing can be.
We have been in a couple of times and met with Gabriel Zubowicz on both occasions. His advice was invaluable in our ultimate decision. He is exceptionally friendly, well informed and helpful. A fantastic buying experience
Sales person Pascal was very informative and helpful with any question we had. He allowed us time to talk and discuss our decision before taking our order and explain every step of the process.
We bought a bed and sofa here today, and we were assisted by the lovely Gabriel. He went above and beyond to really look after us. Highly recommended, definitely scout the room for Gabriel for the best experience.
