0 stars!!!Terrible service!!!! We were waiting for ages for someone to come and see if we needed any help and totally ignored whilst other customers who had just entered the store were pounced on. We had to go and find someone as really loved a sofa and wanted to buy it. The girl who served us was so quiet we could hardly hear her speak. When asked to check some details we found that she had spelt our surname wrong and put my husbands first name as his last name and vice versa. We wanted to do the 4 year finance as thought we may as well spread the cost of the purchase. Well our application was not accepted and after reading the form with the details she put in- she had inputted the wrong place for our address! Because of this mistake my husband has a mark against his credit rating!!!! The manager apologised but that doesn’t make a difference to out credit rating which has been affected. Awful awful service and do not shop here!!!

I bought 4 Dining chairs and 2 arrived damaged. I contacted the store and immediately and they requested photos that I sent straight away. They replied saying how sorry they were and that someone from Customer service would contact me to replace the damaged chairs. After 1 Week and 3 times in the Hove Store still no call from CS.

So we found a nice table that we ordered and was told that it will be 14weeks delivery which I thought was a very long time (but possibly said that as a procorstion) so we wait...one week later I receive a phone call saying it's ready?! So I arranged a day to be in only to be told that the chairs were ready but the table was not and the table will be will be with us in 16weeks!! So after 10weeks of waiting I phone again they tell me they will send me a message with a order number which they did...after over 11 weeks of waiting and my 3 children eating of their laps poor things and us not being able to host any dinner parties in our new home that we are trying to renervate! I recived a phone call today (by a nice man John) only to be told the delivery is delayed even more and is going to be another 18weeks from now! What an absolute joke waiting over 6months for a table!! Do not recommend and will not be using this company ever again!
