Only 1 salesman greeted you on arrival and gives information on the lay out of the premises whilst others have conversations amongst themselves. Sometimes it is good not to leach on customers but it would be nice upon arrival to see warm smiling faces rather than moving away upon customers arrival.No salesman on upper floors to help when customer is interested on a product. Obviously I gave my business to the salesman who greeted us even though I have to wait until he finished his other contract. He was very informative on the product bought and I felt it was a worthwhile visit.

We were looking for nest of tables and had already visited another store. The furniture here is solid oak and 25% cheaper than other store selling veneered furniture. Friendly service but subjected to lecture on looking after furniture and sold wax for tables. (useful to look after) but also spent 5 minutes trying to sell a guarantee which we said we did not want. Delivery due tomorrow and looking forward to another piece of furniture from this store. We bought 10 years ago dining suite which stlll in good condition.

Order incomplete, delivered wrong items, damaged goods delivered, even now I've got seconds and paid full price... will never use them again.....and would put anyone off who asks about them.

Lots and lots of furniture to look at over three floors spread out quite well I really liked the store and the sales staff seem very helpfull overall good experience

Great range of high quality furniture and very nice helpful staff. As soon as we walked in we felt welcome and we were offered tea and coffee as we made our purchase. Would shop there again
