This TK Maxx in Hove is a good option if you’re in the area. It’s not as big as the one in central Brighton, but it still has plenty of variety across two floors—from clothes and shoes to homeware and sale items.nnThere’s also parking available, which is definitely a plus. We visited recently and didn’t end up finding exactly what we were looking for, but that’s pretty typical with TK Maxx—you never know what gems you might find!
I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to TK Maxx. I noticed that identical pairs of shoes were marked at significantly different prices, £32 and £24. When I raised this concern with the store manager, Kirsty, I was given an explanation that, respectfully, did not provide any real clarity on the matter.nnWhile I chose to purchase the more expensive pair out of fairness, I found the lack of pricing consistency concerning, particularly in a well, established retail environment. I believe customers deserve transparency and consistency in pricing, and I hope this issue will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
Levi was absolutely fantastic at the checkout! She printed gift receipts for each individual item, wrapped up the fragile items and bagged everything up beautifully. She was extremely cheerful, professional and efficient. I love my purchases and I managed to pick up some great bargains, which is fab!
Wouldn’t go there again I went in the store yesterday with me son and mother I was looking round the shop when I noticed everywhere I was going the workers were looking at me then following me which I don’t really appreciate then I went to the till to pay payed for my stuff then I noticed one of the workers went to the entrance where I was about to walk to she looks under my buggy I walk out then once I leave she radios through to her colleagues that I was fine I’m sorry but I don’t steal or never have stolen so I will never go there again. After the way I have been treated !!!
Wife is a regular here. Good range and prices if you have time to scan the racks. I assume a bit of pain for all husbands lol.
