Nice selection of sofas... Be mindful of the add on's though, they'll catch you out with those. Customer service is disingenuous and once they've got your payment they don't give two hoots if you have issues with your furniture. I waited the expected 4 week for my furniture and when they arrived one of my sofas came without feet? After multiple calls regarding this matter, it turns out I'll have to wait a further 4-6 weeks for the feet to be installed. The sofas themselves are nice, but there isn't enough padding on the arms and the sofa with feet doesn't sit flush on the floor. Would I use DFS ever again... Heck no!

i went into dfs hove today knowing exactly what i wanted to buy , i called the sales assistant over, she asked me if was interested in the larger sofa ( sofa bed) i was adamant no !, the look from her. then tells me ive got to make sure that the sofa i liked could fit through my property door, so tells me to double check measurements of door way, stairs, any twists and turns , the sofa is a standard size, door way standard, i was sure thats down to delivery mens "skills" twists and turns, dfs have made alot of claims on their site, i mentioned that, sales assistant was trying to convince me that i was looking on the wrong site, pffft, im sure they thought i only went in for a warm, but when she tried to coax my interest onto the larger sofa bed, she didnt mention or ask of dimensions or you check whether we could get that in through my doorways. i left the dfs store with all my money, but its ok, ive still got a lovely sofa to sit on, i just wanted another one.

Been in twice - always staff members tries to push for a bigger sale. Unfortunately this only puts me off.

I bought a sofa off a lovely young guy called James, I’d highly recommend going to him for furniture advice as he helped me out loads and was very honest about all the products! Thanks James!

the salesman told us the sofa will be ready in around 5 weeks. 6 weeks later the receptionist said it possibly will be ready in further 3 weeks and it is totally normal to have A FEW weeks delay. so 2 months at the least - the salesman failed to mention that!
