I just want to thank the wonderful staff at the Fraser Hart store in Bedford a massive thank you to the wonderful Louise Carry for helping me choose my engagement ring back in April. The help and patience you showed us when choosing the ring was honestly so special to me. So much so that we went away to think about the ring snd had service else where which didn’t match yours not even a little bit! Also a big thank you to Janice Cox to for the general welcome and nature of your store! Our son was able to help us pick he is 3 and even with mask wearing and the pandemic we felt so at ease. Thank you both for making it such a special experience. Thank you Sarah, Andrew and Ethan
I can't recommend this store enough and I've sent friends and colleagues here too. Lorraine and her team have created a friendly, inviting but importantly a helpful/knowledgeable atmosphere. I've been shopping here for years without any cause for concern; I've bought watches, put watches in for service, bought jewellery and put jewellery in for the workshop to make adjustments when I want to make a vintage piece bespoke. What's vital for me and keeps me coming back is the information is always accurate and detailed. The cherry on top is that the staff are helpful, attentive and friendly! I've bought jewellery from a number of locations in town, however it's Fraser Hart who win hands down - highly recommended.
Fantastic service from Alisha & Lorraine today with my purchase of a watch & some earrings for Christmas for my wife. Polite, informative, listened to what I wanted & showed me some potential options without being pushy. I have previously used Fraser Hart for previous jewellery needs & shall continue using them for any future needs. Great team !
We have had such a lovely experience at Fraser Hart in Bedford. We have been there for our wedding rings and wedding jewellery and were served by Akvilina and Janice. They have been amazing throughout. So friendly and helpful, and allowing us to take our time in choosing the right jewellery and giving us great advice. The jewellery is beautiful in the store and the experience is made even better by the staff. Thank you both so much!
Needed something small and inexpensive for each of my 4 granddaughters to take away with them to open on Christmas Day. I was served with as much care and attention as I would have been if I was purchasing an expensive piece of jewelry. Thank you for your care. It was lovely to be treated nicely instead of having something thrown at you! The gifts were placed in a completely recyclable bag.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Lorraine went out of her way to help buying my wife's birthday present even polishing an old ring to wear alongside the new one. Definitely recommend and will visit again when I have saved up
Really good customer care! They Actually spoke to me and my nan we showed the lady what we wanted and she knew straight away! Got some really nice ear rings for my sisters 30th :
Best customer service ever. I emailed the store a week before visiting and they arranged for a number of items to be available in store to try on. When I arrived, the staff were so incredibly warm and welcoming. They had the jewellery I’d requested all ready to try on and made the whole process simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a professional and wonderful shopping experience! A particular shout out to Janice, who was fantastic!
Service was great I enjoyed my shopping experience . Was served by Lorraine and Louise and they both seemed very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. I got a watch and a bracelet and I love them both my jewellery of course haha
Excellent customer service from Fraser Hart today. I went in to have my rings cut and remodelled and Rachel had already advised me that my wedding ring was likely to break in the process. However, Janice was able to remove my rings without any of them breaking. They were very reassuring, helpful and professional. Thank you again.
