Great place with amazing accessories, though certain items were a rip off.

My daughter loves this shop. It is small, can get rather hot and cramped in there but it is Bedford Harper Centre so loads of shops are small :-p They have a good spot for their store. Staff are amazing, friendly and caring.

My shopping came to £38,  I only paid £20 because of the awesome offer they had on in store. Buy 3 items and get 3 extra items Free

Not happy with the service in your Bedford branch, my daughter’s grandmother booked for an appointment to get my daughter’s ears pierced at 16.30 yesterday. We live 45min away from Bedford, when she turned up they told her they couldn’t pierce her ears unless one parent was there  which nothing was mentioned when my mother in law called and she said she would take her, manager didn’t even want to talk to us over the phone, i had to be there in person, so the manager moved the appointment to 17.00 to give me time to get to the shop . So I drove there and I was only 5min away from the shop when I got a phone call to say it was 5.00 and it was too late, they weren’t even willing to wait for an extra 5 minutes considering it took me 45 min to get there. appalling service, first of all Claire’s staff should have said on the phone that only parents can take their children to have their ears pierced as they knew it was the grandmother who made he appointment and secondly I will expect a bit more flexibility considering Claire’s was at fault!! Then my daughter who was so excited and told everybody in the school she would have her ears pierced came back home crying and very disappointed...

Drove all the way here to visit this store only to find it was closed : It was listed as open on Google. No sign on the door or anything, so abit gutted.

My daughters and mrs love the choices and offers? Like buy 3 items get 3 items free. And if their happy I'm happy and my wallets happy.

Nice staff, has the things that are popular right now but the prices could be a lot cheaper

Went to get my daughter's ears pierced, the staff were so patient and friendly. They really took care of us. Nice customer service, I would recommend to everyone.
