This store appears to only cater to young or skinny. If your after plus size clothing please avoid. It's a shame given the press coverage of body shaming.

Not bad they have nice collections

New Look is not for me but my 13yr old daughter loves it. I personally believe the store has an amazing layout and the staff are very friendly. If like their style of clothing 100% worth going in as they have a really good range

Good, friendly staff, clean. Only issue is coming into the store and the changing rooms not being open can be really annoying.m. It adds in another few hours having to go home to try on everything. If they could try and keep changing rooms open at all times, I realise it’s hard to do with covid and being short staffed but I’d rather one less person on the till and a changing room open

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Appalling customer service from the Deputy Manager PLEASE READ.  I personally never shop at this place, However. My other half ordered a dress from this store and promise date was 8th Jul. She went to pick it up on the 9th and they sent the wrong size! She was told that the actual dress will be re-sent on the 12th guaranteed! I went to pick it up on Tuesday at around 17:00 only to be told by the "Deputy Manager" that it hasn’t been sent. When I asked why, she shrug her shoulders and said “I don’t know” … When I asked her, how can I make a formal complain, she again shrug her shoulders and said “I don’t know, maybe you can contact them on social media!” When I said is that the only way? she said “Sorry sir I can’t help you any further” and when I asked for her name, she refused to give it.  My point here is; she had 0 interest in my complain, she had very arrogant attitude and despite of me telling her that I will go public and write about my experience, she didn’t care and said “sure” nothing else!  If your Deputy Manager behaves like this towards your customer, I can’t even imagine how awful your staff would behave. To date, the item is still not ready to be picked up, no apologies, no explanations. It is now 16th Jul 2021!  P.S. As I was leaving a member of staff mentioned to deputy manager that “they had delivery issues that day”

I just walked through this store from the back of the Harpur Centre so did not shop here. I also have no intention of shopping here as it's women's clothing & do not expect to start cross dressing anytime soon. However it is always very clean & tidy & displays are eye catching so have given 4 stars for this. Also for its convenience as a walkway  to & from the Shopping centre. You can walk through Primark but it's alot busier & hence takes a bit longer. If you want to be adventurous then cut through WHSmith's but that will take you to the lower level & stairs to deal with.

Customer service was helpful.

The manager is very friendly and helpful,  she helped me with setting my app up, some of the staff members are equally nice
