I gave my laptop for a test, with all the ORIGINAL CD-s and DOKUMENTS. They said something wrong to the software of the keyboard. Anyway when I get the laptop back, they said they put all the warranty certificate and and CD-s to the bin so they are not able to return it back... It was a Windows 7 op. system CD a Windows 8.1 op. system CD and 3 CDs with original drivers plus the original manual and warranty.... I am very very angry and disappointed... how could that happen? :'( :'( :'( :'(: '( :'(

I’m extremely disappointed with the service... I live in Hoddesdon which is a fair way to get to Bedford from their... brought an iPhone 6 unlocked for £275 poor condition to get home charge it and it’s not been factory reset someone’s password is on there and I don’t know how to contact these people as I can’t find an email for them... took it to Hertford branch and they tell me I can’t take it back there as id have to go back to Bedford!!!!! Absolute piss take

Price checked four items in Game across the road, a PS4 controller, assassins creed origins, shadow of war and gran turismo. Disappointed to see that all were cheaper brand new in Game than they were in CEX second hand. Going the way of gamestop and ripping people off which is very disappointing to see. 45 pounds for a second hand ps4 controller is outrageous. I'm sad to say I won't be back.
