Jewellery is cheap and is rubbishly made. My partner bought a piece of jewellery 2 days ago and went back to get it refunded which they refused to do. He either had to swap the piece of faulty jewellery for something else at the same price or get in-store credit. So now he has a £28 voucher to spend in their store which we don't want to use. They say the reason he can't get a refund is because he didn't have a proper receipt, only the card receipt...which is the only receipt he was given at the time of purchase. This service is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. The member of staff who dealt with the complaint also had an appalling attitude. This gift was for my 18th birthday, which is now ruined, Thank you very much.

Went into the store to purchase a braclet for my other half and it broke the first time she put it on so I took it back and they refused to refund me and said that I had to take store credit because the recept wasn't any good. The 3 women in the store ignored me for about 20 minutes when I entered the store the first time and then there were bitchy as soon as I said I wanted a refund, i believe this goes again the goods and service act 1979 and will be contacting my legal advisor. I would have liked to resolve the issue on the day but now it seems like I will have to take this further. Would give 0 stars if I could. Expect a visit from my legal advisor in the following week.

Popped in today 2 ladies working and just 1 customer being served by both of them. No eye contact was completely ignored! Stood for ages waiting did contemplate walking out! Brought my earrings which are fine but later realised id been short changed!
