I entered into a contract with Three in Bedford last year because it is a high St chain and they assured me that I would have support in other shops. Not only am I paying thirty seven pounds per month for a Galaxy S4 I am expected to pay extortionate prices to phone free numbers 0800 or local rate 0845 etc. My Samsung S4 has crashed two times in the last two weeks causing me much stress, costing me money having to unlock my old HTC (that works), making two trips to the samsung agent in Luton to drop off the phone and collect it again (because it is less time consuming than waiting all day for a parcel to turn up) and potentially damaging my reputation because I can't access emails fast enough. It took ten days to fix it last time. I got it back five days ago minus all of my text conversations etc. I have spent the last five days learning how to programme the thing again. I have accepted every bit of trogen softwear that I have been bullied in to accepting from Samsung and Google and now the bloody thing has crashed again. All the Three shop in St. Albans can do is offer me an inadequate old Nokia for thirty quid (refundable. Another journey) and gave me Samsungs 0845 technical support number to call at the premium rate set for me in this rip off contract i am stuck in for another year. Walking into a Three shop was the biggest mistake I could have made when looking for a phone. They just fobbed me off to the manufacturers. . Now I am phoneless again until I can get to Luton tomorrow to get a sim that fits my old HTC again and hand this rubbish S4 to the Samsung agent for another 10 day wait.
