I bought shoes from there and this was my first experience with them in terms of shoes. I must say it went very good, the person who has attended me he was very good. I actually don't know his name if I know I will definitely gave him a very positive feedback. So, overall my experience was good.
Staff are friendly and the shop is clean and tidy. The outside building is actually very pretty and grand. Always busy. Could have a bit more range in women's clothing and the music is a bit too loud but apart from that it's good. 4/5

Lovely Assistant and great purchase x
Turned up on a Saturday and they were half an hour late opening up. No trainers in my size, staff members looked put out to help, far too busy chatting with each other. Nobody could tell me when stock would arrive, just told to order online. Tried calling them several times to check stock and nobody answers the phone. If they weren't the only trainer store left in the town center I wouldn't bother with them at all.
