Junior manager in need of more training.
Went to another branch where staff are better trained and received a customer service you'd expect.

Service was a little slow and at one point there was no assistant at the counter. I usually use the store at the retail park and the service is far better.

I will never shop anymore here. Very rude people. I bought an item on Friday returned it on Sunday in perfect condition including the original box etc and the responsible didn't accept the item because "you've used it" (are you kidding me?)
