Carr and Griffiths (Chester Kia)

The after sales manager is the rudest person at the garage he is unhelpful and aggressive let’s the garage down and needs to learn some manners and a spell on a customer service course is recommended for this vile person or maybe a new career as a traffic warden! Never use this garage again.

I have been a customer of Carr and Griffiths for eight years. Apart from the day I handed over the cheque for my car, I have never had a smile or welcome. Every year I have been charged for the washer bottle top up even though it never needed doing. Whilst in manufacturer guarantee the usual response when a part failed was "Oh Kia " have an update for that" as parts have failed again, I suspect the update is the WD40 as mentioned by other reviewers. As part of the service the paint work should have been examined I know its faulty but they have always passed it. Untrustworthy, have stopped going now use a local.

Main dealer for KIA and also service and repair agent for TOYOTA. Good parts department. Body shop good but not cheap. Workshops good but expensive Overall. Helpfull and approachable staff.
