Easy to locate from the metro station The staff that attended to me was very helpful. It took a while before I was attended to because I didn't go on appointment. It might be different for you. Varieties of Apple products on display. Entrance is accessible too
Spoke to a lad called Jerry and he had to be one of the best members of staff I have spoke to. Such a friendly lad and a brilliant salesman. If I could, I’d hire him where I work. The man needs a pay rise honestly. Top tier service from him
Omg the Genius bar staff member I had to deal with today was the worst. She started the conversation with a very bad attitude for no apparent reason!. I can’t believe what just happened today. She didn’t want to tell me what she was about to do with my phone when I asked her!!! I never encountered such behaviour at any Apple Store before!!! Is it my phone or your phone lady!!!! Apple please teach your staff some manners!!! The one I’m referring to was working today @noon and she was an old lady, didn’t even tell me her name.
I have been treated unfairly by this Apple Store. My phone won't charge, otherwise it's intact. I took my phone to the official Apple store in Newcastle to have it repaired on 23 Feb. The employee did two tests and said that the charging port was burned, so I left the phone for tomorrow and he would take it apart and test it and replace the damaged parts, telling me "you have no lose to give a try". The next day, I went to pick up the phone and found that not only was all the data gone, but my screen was also broken! They only offered me two solutions, either I accept the situation and leave with the phone or I pay over £200 to have the screen repaired. Both of which I could not accept. They also did not admit that the screen was damaged during the repair. Since iPhone 12 is waterproof why does it have this fault, since it was dismantled and repaired why the email did not mention the screen fault, since they cannot explain what causes the screen fault, why do I have to pay for the screen replacement?
Today I had an appointment in store. I was grated by Tom, who was super friendly, asked straight away what the issue was. I explained that I wasn't great with technical things and he completely put me at ease. Absolute credit to your company, he was friendly, polite, helpful and got straight to the issue. Absolute super star.
Nice place to go to f is it all Apple what is items and I have been in a few times and to get a few new things for my iPhone and the staff are very friendly and helpful and greet you as soon as you go in the door and they know exactly what you need when you tell them and it’s very easy to find the store in Eldon Square
Excellent customer service- went in due to one of my speakers not working and was fixed within an hour or so! Especially Lyndsay who was super helpful and friendly!
We experienced very bad customer service from one individual who was rude and condescending. This was a shame, as the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly.
Never received my iPhone 14 pro receipt. The guy that served us was really rude as he thought we were just looking at phones and not buying lol attitude changed when we bought one,started asking us how’s the weather like outside etc lol
Love Apple products, however, it took 4 attempts to get a battery changed on an IPhone. Oops Aside that the sales staff are really friendly and helpful. So I will return and I will keep buying Apple products.
