For working people as myself the booking rules make difficult to have an appointment. You can´t have an appointment in advance, you have to call the very same morning or afternoon, which sometimes means you miss few hours of work but you might not have the appointment if it is too busy. Some of the staff are not very friendly and don´t make you feel welcome. They don´t make an effort to explain the things clearly by phone. One of the GPs is particularly unfriendly and don´t show any interest for the patient problem. He/she barely looks at you and hasn´t empathy, which I consider is essential for treating patients.

The worst surgery I need not say It’s 8.16am been ringing to make an appointment from 8am constantly engaged phone only to be told no appointments today please use a hub 61 phone attempts to contact them And still taking on patients Absurd and rude telephone staff if anyone needs to learn how to lie through their back teeth then this is the place speak to reception never at fault always speak the truth yea right!!! Such a shame when this surgery was really the best 20 years ago I mean where do they get these reception staff disgusting lying people Don’t join here honestly folks But may I say the doctors are truly wonderful if you can get past the first stage of getting through the front desk hyenas

Appointment is never on time, you be waiting 20 to 30 minutes and so many problems with this place. Nurse is rude. Reception is clueless. Doctor says one thing, reception says another. Service here was really bad. In the beginning I thought it was one off until I noticed everytime I had to use this place, I have encounted so many issues here. Reception calls you to go see the doctor/nurse and the nurse/doctor will be like I didn't call you. Nurse goes I will get results in two week, come back to the place to find out nurse puts the result to be shown after two months on the system. They need to communicate stick to what they say and not have different answers and stick to their appointment time as it's hard when I have to take a day off just to attend the place only to find out the doctor delayed me for an hour because they are late. I been sent appointment letters to attend even thought it's on their system I attended.

Absolutely ridiculous. Me and other patients waited for half an hour or more outside the surgery, only to be told that the staff and doctors are in a meeting and no appointments can be made today. Didn't even have the courtesy to put a notification outside and instead in the end we were told by the cleaning lady that we can't make appointments. Complete waste of time. Wish I could rate less than one.
