Disgusting looking place. Middle platform disused and not maintained.looks like a forgotten part of Detroit. I was quite shocked and will be writing a letter of complaint to West Midlands Trains.
Beautiful historical place, the green is beautiful St Nicholas Church is lovely. If you need a hair cut, goto the Hair Shop King's Norton Green Great value for money and great atmosphere. Xx

Is a nice place within the town..
No toilets . Station staff EXTREMELY rude and VERY unhelpful. Seem determined to be as uncommunicative as possible with everyone. Ticket machines are always broken. Scruffy buildings. Only redeeming feature is the very large free car park.
Well the station is located in a good area and not far from the town and shops. The ticket office doesn't have step free access down to the platforms and the platform area is a bit run down to be honest. There's a car park located next to the platform towards Longbridge.
Meh. The front office for ordering tickets is usually closed most of the time, and there is hardly any staff when I go here, so I have to pay using the ticket machine, which takes around a minute to print off return tickets, which sometimes is quite frustrating. The trains don't take too long to arrive, and the waiting time is generally 5-10 minutes. The benches and general area is quite clean. Overall, it's just your average, local train station.
