Story

The Fire Station has been a Waterloo landmark for over a century. Heroes once walked these floors, so we serve up gutsy food and drink worthy of our local legends.

Our big, bold burgers begin with honest basics like chuck, brisket and dry-aged flank. Then we pile ‘em high with adventurous add-ons including balsamic-glazed short rib, black pudding and maple bacon.

And then there’s the pizza. Hand stretched and made to order, our sourdough crusts are loaded with toppings that run from the classic to the unconventional. And while our secret sauce is pretty stunning, it’s our wood-fired oven that makes every slice a cut above.

Our bartenders love their craft, so we challenged them to get creative with our drinks list. The result is an inspired mix of quirky cocktails, home-smoked spirits and the best fizz, wine and beer from around the corner and around the world. We’ve also teamed up with Caravan coffee so your daily fix is lovingly brewed using small batches of ethically sourced 100% Arabica beans.
