I was getting inside when a friendly security guard told me no sweatpants allowed, because "his boss had a dress code". No issues, if there was a sign stating that before I got in. But since there wasn't, Jack's is getting another 1 star. No hard feelings towards the security guy. He was nice.
Came on a Saturday night around 10:30 PM. Service was horrible, bartender returned incorrect change multiple times important when you run a cash-only bar. Vibes were depressing, empty dance floor and mediocre playlist. Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend to anyone looking to have a good time. There are better bars in town.
Me and my boyfriend were there tonight, we went to order our first drinks, at first I asked for it to the bartender girl with black hair she said I don’t hear you just pointing to other people waiting for their drinks too, I asked if there is a line she said again she don’t hear me, my boyfriend then asked and she said she could hear and she would help other people first, then we wait for 10 min. Other bartender, who was blond with glasses, came and just help people around us, my boyfriend asked for the drinks again in a cordial way: Can we have two drinks?; she reply: Can you shut up? And we didn’t get service, we need to go to other place for it. Really bad service, wait for drinks too long and treated really bad.
Really bad experience I had, security guy acted so rude, he argued about my friends id so we provided 2, he allowed us to get in. As soon as we had the first drink, he wanted us to go out, he promised to pay us for the ticket we payed. As soon as we went out he acted all opposite. He denied the refund, we wanted to talk to the manager, he didn’t allow us to do that. Pushed us for no reason. We had to face racial discrimination. Felt so bad. Even the guy who don’t drink was pushed out. Am attaching the photo below. I have a video of us asking for the pay and to talk to the manager, really bad experience. Never had a issues before, been there a couple of time.

Went to get shots 4 times 5th time the bar tender said “you gonna tip me this time?!” And she was dead serious too the whole time we got drinks she never cracked one smile either .. I was shocked you don’t get to demand tips… like huh….
Not from London but we stopped by after seeing it on Narcity for cheap eats. Food was good for the price! Can't go wrong at $5.95 especially since the deal doesn't require a drink purchase.
Had a really bad experience. Security was racist and had a grudge towards our group. At first he didn’t even let us in even though we had valid id’s. Later he let us in and after spending money to get in he forced us to leave and said the management asked us to leave. He pushed us Even though we did no harm.
Their service is incredible. I had a wonderful time with my friends. It is a fantastic birthday party for my friend. The bare tenders were super nice, and the music was jamming. I never actually got to try their food. But I've heard that they're really good. And I guess it just matters how many drinks you buy.Service: 5/5
There’s a new underground section they’ve added to the right side where people can go in for free On Dollar bear days Monday & Wednesday . However if you wish to go upstairs from the underground section, you will have to pay 15-22$ depending on how crowded it is. There’s often more crowd on dollar bears than weekends. But lines are very long and it take around 45-60 min to enter. If you go through the front door and pay 5$, you may go to the top floor, ground floor and underground freely. The place does get very crowded and it is very hard to move around. Drinks are often spilled all over the floor.
