Pretty good pub with a special atmosphere centered around the idea of a boxing Ring. We went there in September 2023. The food was fine, pub-like, but also Thai food as well - this is fairly original and a good idea. Nice beer selection. Great location.
Walked past a few times on our way back to the hotel, and decided to look it up. It said they serve Thai food, but this is NOT your average Thai food restaurant! Grab a beer, and order some food, you won’t be disappointed!Food: 5/5
Busy corner pub opposite Southwark tube station. They server food and have a Thia menu but I didn't try it on this occasion. Boxing themed pub with lots of photos and memorabilia on the walls and a large screen TV showing classic fights.Service: 5/5
Cheerful pub which celebrates the boxing history of the area. They’ve been boxing around here since Roman times, as evidenced by Palestra House across the road. This pub is quite small but punches above its weight in hospitality, food, amenities and quality and choice of drinks. They have a great range of beers on tap and some amazing whiskey and whisky. Parking: No parking but tube station literally a arms length away

So today I was down waiting for the jubilee line, and low and behold there was a signal failure so the station shut down and we were all kicked outside. So to make myself feel better I went straight outside to the pub across the Rd. Wow, great place. Staff were friendly, quick service and an entirely Thai food menu. But good Thai food!! I only had the chiang mai chicken, but it was made of thigh/leg meat. Curry leaf I think in the batter. Was a flavour bomb! Other peoples food looked good too. I would recommend if you ever get delayed or not to hit it up for a snack. Also some good window seats for the people watching I like to do!!.

Right on the corner and filled with locals and boxing memorabilia. This place offers the lowest priced pint of beer we could find in London. 80s music was playen and we were drinking. Great hangout spot. They have a Thai restraunt connected to it. My favorite beer here was the Camden Pale Ale. Call me a sissy it was good. My wife's favorite was the Salt Jute Seasonal IPA. I say check it out.
Lovely pub in a great location opposite the train station. Even though it was fairly quiet when I visited the background music provided a decent atmosphere and the decor is cosy. There’s some stools in the window which are good for getting a view with a drink and there’s plenty of dining table throughout. Food is all Thai themed which is nice and different for a pub. Drinks are on the pricey side but there’s a good choice with some more unique offerings on draught. Best of all was the service though, with the member of bar staff being so welcoming and friendly throughout my visit. Certainly helped to ensure my return next time I’m passing!
A really lovely pub close to southwark station. Lots of wonderful boxing memorabilia and photos on the wall, a great place for any boxing fan for a quick pint. The service was fast and friendly and lots of tables to sit at, they have a thai food menu and I had a pad thai and a gin with lemonade that came to around £15.00. The food was served quickly it was hot and delicious and the portion size was generous-especially for london. Definitely worth stopping in!
