Disappointed in the range at the Broadwalk shopping centre branch. Went there after seeing some interesting things in my Instagram feed which I wanted to look at. None of that in the store. Very poor selection of dresses.

Extremely clean and well maintained. The seasonal dresses, outfits are in bloom. There is something for everyone. The items with discounts are neatly tucked on the rails.. It was quite busy for an early hour. I think if you want a bit of flare and sparkle, don't miss it this year. The prices are very reasonable too. I do not visit New Look very often, but unlike many other  stores, this is perhaps the best organised I have always witnessed. Trust me. No harm in dropping by if u are anywhere  near the Broadwalk.

Very bad customer service. Went to collect my order and there was no staff next to the tills, so 3 customers been waiting for someone to show up for like 10 min. Then i been waiting for lady 10 min to find my order but  then suddenly she show up with different customer order then again  been waiting another 5 min for her to find  my order. Shop assistant even didn’t apologise for long waiting and did not seems like she was rushing to do something faster. Customer service very poor level!

Not bad, not great either, useful for getting a few basic tops and maybe clothes for the home, basic flip flops etc. but quality as expected not brilliant and variety is limited. Took a long time waiting in the queue even though only one person ahead of me and wasn't that busy to start with!!!

I went to New Look to collect some shoes and went to try them on. Three young women without masks continued to talk over my head and did not maintain any social distancing.  I complained to staff who could not be bothered to do anything. They said I was protected because I wore a mask - do they not understand, my mask protects other people, not me as it is not clinical grade. They are poorly trained at best, lazy at worst.  TK Maxx in the same shopping centre has a security guard in front who checks if people are wearing masks. It has a better  stock. I will shop there in future!

I really liked a dress but they didn't have it in my size just on the mannequin Also checked  online and nearby stores and it was unavailableso I asked the retail assistant  who worked there if she can take it off   the mannequin as I would like to buy it they had other sizes to put on it .. she said no she can't do it ..it seemed like it was out of laziness than policy tbh..otherwise like the store but could have more stock/sizes available or at least offer to order it in store as they stopped doing that ..

Unorganized. No one to help on the floor, no one in dressing rooms, the dressing rooms are littered with abandoned clothes,like chaos. When I finally have an opportunity to enquire about "tall" jeans which the website claimed there was availability of the woman responded "we don't do tall or petite here, only normal sizes" ...so I guess I'm not normal then

RUDE staff. Literally act like they dont realise customer service is in the job description. They had an attitude about their own mistake, instead of apologising and correcting the fault!

Nice friendly and helpful staff but not a very exciting selection of clothes. A tricky time of year selling off unsold winter stock and too soon for spring .....

Although I was served quite quickly the cashier didn't say anything to me, there was no eye contact and no thank you, good bye or come back soon.
